Welcome to the new website for the official GrassHOPPER multi-operator ticketing scheme, available across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
Please note that all old domains, including “https://www.grasshopperpass.com”, are not genuine official sites. Customers should avoid purchasing tickets or entering personal information on these sites if prompted to do so. If you encounter any suspicious activity, please report it to grasshopper@aberdeenshire.gov.uk.
Aberdeenshire Council, Aberdeen Council, and all operators are aware of third-party companies impersonating the Grasshopper scheme. We are working closely with agencies and fraud departments to ensure these sites are taken down.
We are continuously improving the scheme and enhancing the customer offering to prevent similar issues from happening in the future. We have launched digital tickets that are available through the First, Stagecoach, and Xplore Dundee ticketing apps. However, please note that these tickets are only available through the operators’ existing ticketing mechanics, and there will be no new GrassHOPPER website or apps created.
Tickets can now be purchased in Stagecoach, First and Xplore Dundee bus operator apps.
